The services is super bad and unprofessional especially the staff by the name, Fara who is so demanding and rude.
1. When asked her, what documents require to ease the subsales process. She replied by saying will let you by then. When she demand for documents, she expected us to provide the document immediately. When come to certain documents, she is not clear what she want, as we need to keep clarify or shown some sample to confirm the requested documents.

2. She is so rude by saying " if dont wish to co-operate, can terminate the subsales". How could she said so. She even shouted to us via the phone call which is ridicious.

3. When we asked for the contact number of the lawyer to make complaint, she keep quiet and never response to us.

The services by Fara is too bad.
