Overall, the company is efficient in executing the steps. I signed the SPA and was given the house key five months later that is within the committed timeline - for a leasehold property under ‘pentadbir’, this is considered timely enough.

My only comment is that the company could be more responsive and elaborative on the technical explanation with client. When given the feedback, I noted that the company took client’s feedback seriously to enhance the client experience. I was also thankful for the generous discount given by the company. Would highly recommend the company to others who are purchasing house.
