All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ms Farhana is very responsible, great service and always replies to my question and inquiry through whatsapp for every single thing i'm asking. Bad customer service. The agent not proper check regarding customer status & put blame on customer. If I know about all the processes, I don't need to hire agent from your company.

If your company is not hire by developer, i will not choose to deal with you. Totally black listed for me..

Very very worst service.Dont ever go to this lawyer firm. Not professional at all.Talking so rude and unprofessional.Delayed to complete the documentation for more than 35 days..the phone number also not working. Very very regrets.

Bad customer service. Trying to clarify some issue but i was dumbfounded when I manage to contact the lawyer himself (Steven) but was served with a rude and emotional attitude.

Understood you have your job but please bear in mind we have our job and responsibility as well and time is precious not only for you but everyone :(. Was informed the company is unable to give us an original copy of the document belonged to us due to it is their 'company policy' & 'easier' for them which I'm no longer sure who is providing who a service here (facepalm).

Was promised a call from the Lawyer himself to explain but did not happen yet i have to call back myself and got screwed instead out of nowhere. 'Great' hospitality given by the lawyer.
