This is the 3rd time we had a sharing session by Dato Tee on EricleeGenY@Property Education Platform 's Bootcamp Training

I had learnt in order to do smart move for Property Investment ,there are 2 important elements to take as deep consideration
: 1. Timing (Buy-IN and Sell-EXIT)
2. Future Planning of property area is just a bonus (as if could be) ,but it's not the main element to take consider when buy a property

and also "Developer last selling price not equal to market value" ,this is a stunt to wake up the mindset of major property investor ...

Absolutely hope to hear more sharing frm Dato Tee 😍👍

Had a super bad experience dealing with this legal firm. They are handling the perfection of title for my property, believe it or not, already 4.5yrs and it’s still not done! And the worst thing is I have to keep on calling them for updates and they ignore my messages and calls! What kind of unprofessional legal firm is this Till today, the job is still not done! I demand an explanations from the owner of this legal firm! Very bad customer experience !

The MOT process took more than 2yrs now and still no reply. Call no pickup, message no respond or just say pending for land office or whatsover. So when can the process finish?

Took more than 10 months for my MOT & Perfection, signed all documentation and made full payment back in April 2023. And yet, it is still in progress. No respond at all in their Whatspp. I won't be appointed this firm again.

-有时候不能只是盲目的去听信一个人，而是要自己去分析，去判断再去做决定。
买房要看
1）看demand and supply
2）看densities
3）看transportation
4）要看market price而不是future price
5）看有没有competitor（same project or near by project /developer）check developer inventori

It’s my 3 times listening to Dato’ Tee sharing. He is a very experience lawyer cum property investor. This is his first time to share his experience as a property investor. I learned that there’s too many loop holes that investors have to be aware of and his experience is a good reminder for the everyone. One of the reminder is not to take the developer final selling price as market price. Usually, we will be overwhelmed by the joy of thinking we brought the property with a lower price but in reality, when we sell the property it is not the case. Supply and demand are the main criteria to set the price. Therefore, we need to do our due diligence before purchasing a property. Million thanks to Dato’ Tee for sharing his invaluable property investment experience.
