This is my first time engaging with this firm which gives me a bad impression. First, their receptionist is not doing her job properly. Second, their lawyer or clerk in charge I'm not sure but her name is Jenny. She is SUPER RUDE. and not helping at all. Unprofessional and not recommended at all.

Extremely slow process on the calls from the receptionist, her voice is quite rude by asking "What do you want to ask?" in a rude manner. Between the lawyer/person in charge not always there by told me they are in court or something. Impossible every single day same timing is not there? Thus seeking to settle some business issues regarding property and payment delayed me a month still haven getting any updates. So I have to call everyday for the updates only they will remember to take "some action" on it.

NOT RECOMMEND this firm unless you are not urgent with your business.

Recently used their services for house purchased, great services by Farwizah Aqilah and I did communicate with her directly. Well explained for first house buyer (like me) and very efficient in doing her works. The provided quotation was including the stamp duty but after the revised quotation, the actual cost is much lower than what Ive expected. Thanks to her for making my life easier. Please give her more rewards and I propose to direct communicate with their lawyers instead thru their receptionist.

This is the worst and rude reception staff that i had ever 'met'!!!! My first call was cut off before I finished my queries. When I called back again, there was no apologies for the line been cut off. The way how the receptionist response was very rude. She was informing the clerk and lawyers that who work on the project had left the office. Only left me an email address to send my queries without professionalism and patience. The line was cut off again when i asked if i can directly speak to someone from the office to settle the issue.

I actually want to give 0 star . The lady receptionist that pick up the call one is super rude , not polite at all and keep cut my call in, I called until she pick up and asked her y u keep cut off customer called in she told me is system issue, super funny this answer. I had tried called in in different date, but this receptionist always in rude attitude, thought she will improve after some times but her attitude still same , she is not patience at all , trust me this lady going to ruin the business some days .

Y there no zero star to give. 1 star is simply too much for you. The phone once ring then straight away hang up just like my salary reach into my account. I hope your firm to keep this receptionist as they'll keep all the problems away from your life. Good job and keep it up

Worst receptionist! I've went through all the comments, and everyone just complaining the same!
The receptionist just sounds like she's multimillionaire and doesn't wanna handle any sales related request.
Asked for quotation, and she ask me send email. Halo, ain't you suppose to take initiation to ask for more info and send the email over?
Some more that's no email address in anywhere, how you expect me to email you?
Hopefully your management can look into this thing seriously

Worst experience ever in a legal firm. The secretary in charge is not responsive at all and is not responsible in managing my case. My case had been dragged for four years till now . The receptionist was rude when handling my call also. Can’t imagine how our legal field can be improved with such a standard!!!
