Never ever come back to this firm. The so-called ' lady boss ' who the first talk impolite to the customer yet the 'LAWYER' stand up on her and asking me to go out.
At first I am not looking the ' wife ' I am actually looking for ' LAWYER SONG' but the wife ask me to talk to her and she yelling at me first so I said you not listening what I saying and she not able answer my question so and I only want to talk to 'SONG' ONLY.
Afterawhile, SONG was ear washed by the ' WIFE' and asking me out without understanding the situation and telling me not to come back.
After 15 years of customer relationships, and now you telling me not to come back? That's all fine and you know what? That is not only 'SL SONG', there are dozens out there. With your services behaviour, I can tell you may not longer survive.
Good luck, since 15 years ago and NOW we see no more.

I was waiting for Mr. Song because I had known him previously , and he had done my business 15 years ago, and I ONLY trusted him, and that was the reason I was heading back. After 45 minutes, wait time, his wife (Ms.Yong?). Well, I don't know her and ask me to go in that she assumed that she could help me. So I explain my situation to her and she the one that raise her tone to me said (no, we can't do that without the original copy) and I explained that I had renew my new passport copy can't I show my old passport? Again, she raised her voice with attitude and said again( no, no,no,we can't do that without the same copy) . Then, I tell her (ok, fine. I want to talk to Mr. Song and see how it work.) And she told me (it will be the same), then I walk away and insisted on waiting for Mr. Song. When Mr. Song came out and told me to go out because I talked loud? And told me not to come back anymore?
Let's not talk about the business. The behaviour that was present was bad. I left my document after that, and I turned back to collect it. And now you posted it? WELL DONE. we'll see what we can do.
By the way, I am not worried you report to Malaysian or Australian authorities as I am law by law person. That document is for Australia related department as well. And please don't worry as we had contacted and they solved my business in the other way.
As a return customer, as Mr. Song mentioned I will not go back to him ANYMORE.

didnt maintain professional behaviour
keep say courier out document wait for other parties
paid for 9k lawyer fee for processing MOT. result delay 2 month already. We keep paying late payment interest impose by developer and banker mortgage interest and can’t start my housing loan at all.
