Edit : Bad experience in hiring them. Expect us to know everything. Even one associate didn't explain further how to do this and that. Expect us to do them on our own in some cases. Truly bad experience. We are not lawyers, how should we know what to ask and what to get. If gov officers are not helpful, then lawyers should explain more about the processes involved, right.

If your properties are small and their values weren't that big, I suggest you find another firm elsewhere.

This ONE only serves the best services for high end clients, with millions of ringgits for properties' value. That's what I can assume from the way they handle my case. The direct lawyer didn't even contact me at all. Just met with her associate. Assistant lawyer. An amateur. Truly disappointing.
