Baru nak buat activated card jer angkat nombor tunggu 30minit org belakang datang.guard semua Kasi masuk buat apa I angkat nombor ? Buat 3minit job kena tunggu 1hour matilor macam in kerja ........

遇见一个在customer service 黑色衣服的女员工，明明可以直接在柜台按手指印处理的事情，却忽悠我拿customer service的号码，让我莫名其妙等了两个小时多。还好后来一位马来员工服务态度很好，帮我处理了问题。只能说public bank的华人员工素质越来越差了。

如果可以munshi imrahim我一星都不想给，counter5号马来人数学是不是体育老师教的态度又不好，少给钱还lansi。叫她回kampung学好数学回来可以吗。对于该银行我对我的钱存放在里面深感担忧。

Worst experience and worst franchise. The staff kept yapping non stop and no work done. The girls n the guys at the back of the counter kept yapping. I tot only government officials are lazy maybe I’m wrong even private sectors’ staffs are lazy. Hope Malaysia can improve. It’s 9:30am in the morning for god sake. Pls get it together pls

A pleasant discovery right in front of the bank's carpark, parked a "special" van, selling all sort of cakes. Every cakes looks tempting but as we intend to stay for 2 more days, we could buy more than what we could not consume within these 2 days.
👍 Thumb up 👍 for the Green tea red bean, wi nice light fragrance, that's not sweet like most well known bakery shop in Singapore.
One bad thing is, he is only here on Monday night. And I forgot to get his contact details to check his other days location. But I heard he's at Bukit Indah too!

The staff feel demotivated but still helpful, the equipment here is so old and broken, the IC reader feel like 20 year old ago, have to plug in plug out 10 times above, here hard to find parking also
