Another fine example of the Georgetown buildings in its heyday. There are quite a few places of historical interest around this business area on the border of the town. It was completed in 1930 on Beach street. It was occupied by Standard Charter until 2017. It’s latest use is as a coworking space.

This stretch of road has amazing buildings. The roads are very empty as it’s not within the busy districts. If you’re around this area, I would definitely recommend dropping by to look at these beautiful structures.

There are also food places and cafes nearby that you can walk to.

Got to know about this firm via bank processing and this firm handled it. Email correspondence is very prompt and no major issue dealing with them. Have noticed minor typo error in the documents delivered to me but then again I had this similar issues with at least 2 other firms as well.

One of the best European architectural design in George town, almost pure Roman style. Today here, just second class Malaysia lawyers, before, it was the famous Chartered Bank.
