Really not a good company. We were supposed to arrive around 15h in Kuala besut and on 18h we were still on the road, missing our ferry and thus also our first night at the perhentian hotel. This was because they did not take a single highway or for some reasons unknown, did multiple 30 minutes stops at gas stations. Furthermore, they absolutely do not check the number of passengers on the bus or tickets, meaning that if they stop for a toilet break, you are being left behind. Luckily another passenger, holder the bus until me and his wife were back.
