Delivered a birthday cake to an employee working at this law firm on 25.10.24. Location was easy to find. Receptionist was friendly. Parking at basement (B2), although there was no 15-minute grace period for parking (was charged RM3.50 on my TnG for less than 15 minutes duration).

Unprofessionalism Law Firm appointed by developer for property SPA agreement. No Diligent in checking the document where missing information was spotted on SPA agreement. Not responsive to email. Didn't bother go through the SPA. Only general brief of SPA agreement. Firms to be avoid for property SPA agreement representing law firm.
