This is not a fake account. Such unprofessional lawyer firm. If you want to get answer from them also need to take 2-3 days. 3 questions about my cases processing answered 1 only. Some more answers in rude ways. My cases almost 1 and a half year.

I did MoT and MoC and took 3 years to finish. During the process i keep calling monthly the unprofessional clerk named Eric, and he always just said in-process. I escalate many times to his boss like Jeffrey, and then Chin, etc. Remember during this time you cant sell your house, dont risk your money and getting headache with this lawyer agency!
