Datang pukul 8am balik 9am.. Laju servis

Buat passport 1st time tips (18 atas);
1. Download app "QMS" untuk book no giliran.. start book awal 6.10am hari yang sama.. boleh jak datang awal dan book giliran kat kaunter tapi giliran mungkin yang ke 20 keatas, so guna QMS kalau nak cepat..
2. Ukur dulu ketinggian badan
3. Bayar passport pakai card debit/credit
4. Bawa cash sikit boleh beli cover passport kat kaunter serahan

Since I came on weekend for passport renewal, I got my ticket using the QMS app around 6.50am,however the queue already 30.

Reach Utc at 8am, all counter were open on weekend and fast service. They serve about 50 ticket using 4 counter within 1 hour. Then payment at counter 4 (only debit card, cashless) and collection of passport at counter 10/11. Overall everything was done within 2 hours.

Friendly staff. Overcoat is provided if clothing not suitable. The waiting area is clean and have ample of chair.

Advice: Get the ticket number using QMS and photocopy IC for passport renewal. Wear black or dark blue clothes. For female, remove the jewelry or any accessories. No make up.

If you are using the QMS app, it will alert you when it is your turn.

I had an excellent experience with the service. I initially thought the process would take longer, but within just an hour, my passport was ready. Anyone coming should download the QMS app first to get a queue ticket. The officer on duty was also very helpful, assisting with the proper pose and treating me with kindness. For women who wear makeup, it's best to keep it light—avoid heavy looks or fake eyelashes. I only used a little mascara, and it was perfect. Overall, the service was top-notch!

I had such a fantastic experience at the UTC Immigration Department! The entire passport-making process was unbelievably fast. From taking the queue using the QMS app to snapping my photo and making the payment—everything flowed smoothly, and in less than *20 minutes*, my passport was ready for collection!

What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. They made the process effortless and pleasant, and it’s probably the best service I’ve ever received from a government department. Honestly, they deserve recognition for their incredible hospitality and efficiency! Well done!👏🏻

Services are fast, around 30 minutes. But you need to be punctual. Please make sure you have bring your own ic card and photocopy ic card. Payment by card, wear dark colour. last, you may choose the cover, normal is foc and hard cover cost is rm6.

Came here to give 5 stars rating for my smooth and excellent experience today. Its a Sunday today. But service is fast and efficient. I took the number on qms app upon exiting my house about 30 mins away from utc. When I arrived my number is about 8 numbers away which is not too bad. The counter staff are very kind and friendly. They give clear instructions on posing the face etc. Be prepared early, wear appropriate clothes (dark colored shirts) and tie your hair for ladies. Also no excessive jewelries and make up. Using the same number we are directed to counter 4 for payment. Only card payments. Then lastly about 30 mins later we are directed to counter 10 or 11 for passport collection. At the passport collection counter you can purchase a passport cover with embassy numbers on it for rm6 (can use cash). Everything was seamless and fast despite it is a Sunday morning. Every counter is open and fully staffed. Just want to give praise to the excellent service 👏.

It’s really efficient, the receptionist and the staff there also very friendly.
I received my passport within one hour.
The place got sufficient seat but it’s full house early morning around 9am maybe due to high demand for passport.
I would suggest people come here to Q early. And also suggest the department can open more counters to serve the customers.

went here the other day to renew my passport, the woman attending to me was lowkey rude when talking to me, so it ticked me off, because i also went to JPJ for physical license card purposes and the woman attending to me there instead was more respectful and very welcoming compared to jabatan imigresen, hopefully next time when i go here for passport purposes or IC whatever i wont meet her, so disappointed and made me annoyed 😐😐😒
