My recent experience with this lawyer firm:
I got buy property this year Aug24, as the agent recommended me to this firm as my SPA/Loan solicitor im very satisfied with Lawyer Ms Wee Phei very professional and well explained to me all details of transaction. I strongly recommend this firm
As the service very satisfied with reasonable legal fees and time duration for the transaction less then 3month. Will looking for this firm in future. Thanks Lawyer Ms wee

Extremely unprofessional service, one of, if not, the worst in Malaysia. Very poor communication and disorganization. My case was handled poorly and had to chase them down for updates but they don't like to reply. Felt left in the dark the entire time. Would not recommend!!!

Ms. Wee, response times have been slow—questions asked in the morning go unanswered even by afternoon, and some follow-ups get no reply at all.
I understand that lawyers are busy, but compared to other firms I've worked with, this experience feels lacking in responsiveness.

If your property agent suggests using this law firm, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere!
I had a terrible experience with this law firm. The whole process of buying my property was handled by someone named Ms. Goh, who I’m not even sure is a qualified lawyer. The main issue was that they charged us RM5,000 more than the initial quotation they gave us. This is extremely unfair and shows a lack of professionalism and honesty.

Very bad experience with the lawyer Ms.Cherlyn Looi. Never meet such an unprofessional, irresponsible and unresponsive lawyer like her. After sign the S&P, missing in action all the way, did not give any update and reply my message. Without updating me on my house sales status, without furnish me related documents and disbursement account, out of the sudden told me that she wanted to handover my house to the buyer in 2 days time, in fact the whole procedure not yet been done and I did not receive the full settlement from the buyer yet. Very unprofessional service and never expect this can happened. Very disappointed and unbelievable to meet such an untrustworthy lawyer.

Worst experience, agent select this lawyer firm doing our sales and purchase agreement. Before sign the agreement very efficient.send agreement all the way from perling to pekan nanas for sign. After sign, want to ask the outcome, no respond and no pick up phone. Not recommended!!!

We engaged Hee & Lim - Carlyn Goh to represent us as our sell side lawyer to help in selling our JB commercial property in JB. We are based in singapore but she helped us work through all the Courier, signing etc. She was very patient, responsive, and always take time to explain the process to us. Often, she would respond to us even after working hours. Definitely recommend Carlyn for her services.
