I wish to thank Ms Ng & Ms Tan for their professionalism in handling the sale of my house. It is a long & tedious process as documents have to send to Canada & also liase with buyer's lawyer in KL. I am getting anxious most time, but they have put me on group chat,answering my questions patiently. Real nice ppl. The fees are reasonable to me. Although the process is long, due to sending & receiving of signatories from oversea, JB & KL, it was finalised after 5 long months. The company is honest and accountable. They do work through proper channel. Will use this legal firm in future & also will recommend to friends etc.

Bad experienced. Now got second prepayment penalty charge from developer. Total need to pay increase rm1000+. This is because slow process from this law spa. Not responsive
