Poor after-sales service. I bought a saree from them online, and when I received it, it looked very different in person. I contacted them and highlighted the issue as respectfully as possible, but the owner handled the matter in the most unprofessional and disappointing manner.

Not even a single apology was received from them. To make matters worse, I was compared to other customers and falsely accused, as if I was lying to get a refund. Terrible customer service skills.

I would rather support humble people who run their businesses professionally, without allowing their emotions to cloud their judgment.
