I print A4 300 pcs, should be rm0.04 per pcs, rm12 in total, but in the end they charge me rm12.10. I don’t know where the 10 sen comes from. The staff also not interested to assist me, eventually I have to “self-service” myself. Pls improve your work quality in staff.

I would like to suggest the management to make the payment of using e wallet be easier..

I am required to always email the receipt of payment after using e wallet and the staffs also felt more reluctant to accept such transactions.

Instead, the staff can take a photo of the transaction receipt instead of requesting the customers to email.

It is indeed inconvenient for the customers and the staff.

A photocopy centre that you need not take queue! If you're handsome uncles you can cut straight to do your photocopying as the lady at the entrance counter sure serve you. Those who queue will be treated as idiots waiting for nothing.
Worst experience in visiting photocopy centre.

I come to this shop often, so I guess I can give a good review. Saw some scathing reviews here but I assure you the ladies who work there is attentive to their customers. The cheapest photocopy service in town with the best quality. I know because O used to photostat books at a lot of places from Samarahan to 3rd mile. I choose Bormas anyday. Service is super quick (books can usually be done the day after), photocopy and printing is cheap, even with colour printing. Give the staff a break, they are cooped up in warm working place surrounded by heat emitting machines daily. Shout out to Flora who is always so responsive and delivers the best service. Bormas is an asset to Kuching! Thank you for existing!
