Lousy service ,my claim case been 1 year ++ never follow up and never call, until i call them and told me insurance is waiting their document and they only start for preparing. Call and call many thing and they do nothing.

Lousy service. They can’t even proceed my insurance claim for almost a year & keep giving excuses without any solution. Some more put the blame on me like it’s my fault for not follow up with them ?! Gosh. Just soooo bad luck for choosing this lawyer firm & totally no hope at all
