please find out first which branch is doing your transaction, the bukit mertajam branch is excellent in speed and efficiency, the other one i would not comment, the bad reviews seem to be for the island branch.

Many people complaint about this lawyer. Very slow processing selling house and it took more than months and till todate still not finalise. Refused to give lawyer mobile number and very arrogant staffs at Island Glades office.
