Alan Tan & Lee were our conveyancing lawyers. We first got in touch with them around 2016. They had helped us file all the required documents on time. Since then till October 2019, they have helped us follow up with the Tax authorities for the Tax refund. It's not that we were paying them anything extra for this service, they were very professional about it and they did not close our file till the refund was finally paid to us in Oct 2019. So a big thank you to the conveyancing team. We surely recommend them for any conveyancing work.

I would never recommend this firm to anyone. All the staff are highly unprofessional and did not respond to queries in time- had to send multiple emails and phone calls to get simple tasks done. Even after many warnings, still no audacity to get complete important legal matters. Wish I never engaged them. Their paralegal is the worst - no customer service skills, cold and unresponsive. Overall, a terrible experience I would never want to repeat with this firm.
