Just purchased a property last few months ago and we are being assigned to Lawyer Kamilah. She has amazing work ethics and she follow through with our needs and took the extra mile to ensure that everything is timely. Most importantly, I'm impressed with the prompt submission when I was at the TNB to do the transfer of ownership, I was in need to present a letter of prove that I had received the keys at the specific date. It was very impromptu but she managed to immediately issue a letter of prove including the followup email to support that letter.
