Not as same as when arwah Raziah has managed the staffs and the firm. The new lawyers should review and call clients to follow up the progress and get their feedback. Not just waiting the slow staffs to update.

Their admin staff really slow, don’t pick up calls and gave wrong info (asked cust to come during public holiday and never pickup personal or company call).
