Recently on a recommendation from a trusted friend, I approached ALLEN & ASSOCIATES for their professional service on “Discharge of Charge’ (my apologies, not too sure of the correct legal term) to my property to redeem the Original Title from the bank upon settlement of my housing loan. As I did not understand the legal process to go about it, I must say the team at ALLEN & ASSOCIATES immediately eased my mind about the whole process with their reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and professionalism and I am satisfied and very happy that all documents were done, signed, sealed and delivered to me safely within two short months at a reasonable fee too. Thank you so much to a great team at ALLEN & ASSOCIATES for making those confusing legal documents into such a pleasant experience for me!

Non responsive lawyers, no updates on progress and legal clerks or co-workers were not able to help in any way to reach out to the lawyers. Left my contact for updates but cricket sounds for months! Servicing and consultation was supposed to be an essential part of legal system, what a huge disappointment!!

Bad working attitude, careless and dragging.
1. S&P with both parties' IC written wrongly.
2. The copies of documents were not tally ! How can it be ?!! This is a very serious issue ! The document that you signed was different with the other party ?! Excuse me ?!!
3. Accept appointment during office off time, but when I reached they just said today not working without prior informing !
