Servis paling teruk. Tiada bekalan air tanpa notis premis kilang Taman Waja Indah sejak 12/9/24.dah buat aduan 3 kali tapi tiada seorang juruteknik singgah semak mahupun respons dari SADA. Pergi pejabat SADA pun, 1 kaunter je beroperasi. Siap kata tak tahu bila juruteknik boleh pergi tempat kita pulak. Ni meter dah pasang, tiada air dlm premis, staff dah masuk kerja, nak guna air takde pulak. Sampai bila nak kena tunggu selesai masalah ni? Sampai staff semua sakit tahan pi TANDAS ke? Harap dapat respons seawal mungkin.

Really very poor and bad service..-Yesterday Night (18/10/2022) around 8.30 after work i n my wife cm house, as normal we wanna take shower but there is no water coming up from tap. I check with my neighbours they said no issue everything fine... I was panic n start to check my outstanding bill n yes i forget to pay my bills. Yes its my false..The moment i paid my outstanding via (Payee). I alos wait till 11clk there is no water coming...i tried to call Sada...But Sada only operating for Office Hours...so no choice with a big hope (water will cm next morning so i cn take shower) i went to bed. But still water not coming.... Morning i call Sada headoffice they inform call to Kulim branch.Morning until 5pm i call Sada branch kulim..No want to responce the call. The water bill i already paid yesterday,but until now no water service at home.Already 24 hours. Without the water youngster can manage.how about child & old parents & Just now i call again to head office they inform try call tomorrow morning if no anyone pick up the call...call again Headoffice.. The headoffice said that if the water service is cut down we need to pay at counter than only they will response...since its night i paid my online and its more than 24hrs never get any response from them.Nowadays, everything we practice e-pay by online...This is how online work out?
Omg...really i cant imagine...this is how our sada service..
Now i n family with my childs going to RnR to take our shower...we need to stay in inside the car for whole night.really suffering and its really very stressfull.
I gave the one star not for the service,its just because i need to give star thn only i cn comment.
