Horrible customer service. My number is 3020. She was serving 3018. Called all the way till 3025. Serve everybody above 3023 onwards while she tells me to wait half an hour. What’s the use of numbers if you skip the ones in front.

Staff (especially Malay cashier, abg botak) try to act friendly to customer but at the same time be rude to them. Service is so slow.

The cashier talks too loud with one another, which annoys me a lot.

Their Apps are no good and so slow.
