The stupidest thing that ever happened in my whole life.

What a joke — they have a card machine but don’t accept my Apple Pay with a Maybank debit card, even though it’s not a digital bank like GX Bank.

The staff told me to read the sign, and yep, my card isn’t from a digital bank. Maybank is an institutional bank.

It’s fine if you don’t accept cash.

Then why even issue a digital license? Bruh.

Ayyoo, bring your physical bank cards, everyone. 🥱 Sorry if you want to rush back home at 4:25.

This location already closed. Starting from 8 September 2025, the RTD Bentong office has officially moved to its new location at Jalan Chamang, 28700 Bentong (near the Chinese cemetery).

I had a wonderful experience at JPJ Bentong today. The process of renewing my driving license and changing in ownership of vehicle was smooth and efficient. Truly grateful for the staff right from the guards outside manning the forms and the counter staff to the back office officers all were so helpful and made my day, thank you everyone!!!!

Saya hadir untuk register MyJPJ app. Perkhidmatan diberikan terbaik dan pantas, senior staf sentiasa ada membantu junior staf di kaunter. Walaupun ada pelanggan lain yang bercakap kasar tetapi staf tetap reply dengan sopan. Tidak lupa juga kepada staf guard di luar yang membantu untuk register JPJeq. Terbaik 👍🏻

at google mention they can renew driving license and roadtax during lunch or break hour 7 days a week,call the number but cant reach,so i decided travel about 40km to come here to renew my driving license but when reach here totally diffrent story..need to wait another hour for them back to operate after lunch..hopefully the JPJ can fix this problem,tq

Such a peaceful place. Jpj staff seem so chill like no one is coming. Customers which is me, is struggling to use roadtax machine. Luckily no one is assisting me or see me struggling. Very nice and very unhelpful attitude. The moment I arrive there is 3 or 4 counters physically visible but actually open only one. Dont worry its normal for Malaysian government customer services. Vision, mission and objectives (visi, misi, objektif) as per JPJ motto really fit with their attitudes.
