First time to 54th floor. The washrooms were well maintained. Lift service was good. Customer service was good. I even went to 14 floor building department. The issue was attended promptly. Overall perception was good. On the ground floor, the failed Komtar Walk had been removed. It looks very spacious for a corridor. Shoppers were not many especially the real shopping shoppers. Noticed a lot of retirees sitting around at the bench.

Their COB officer forever taichi and no respond to me. Emails and calls multiple times but always away from their office. Once I email their boss, the officer will reply but no more follow up or respond after that until I need escalate to their pengarah again or loop in YB into the email. Datuk bandar should dismiss this COB department. Useless

The ticket officer has no common sense and his work practices are unethical. I parked my vehicle in a parking spot and paid for my 1-hour parking through the “Penang Smart Parking” app. My parking time expired at 1.13pm and before I realised it, I was given a summon ticket on my windscreen at 1.14pm so this all happened around 1 minute after my parking time expired. Do these officers sit near cars and wait till the expiry time to immediately issue a ticket then run off? This is an absolute disgrace. It made me not respect those parking officers and I’ll be more vigilant of their behaviour and tactics in the future.

Trash MPPP, people simply parking and blocking others never take action, just summon people parking in car lots that has expired pay. Such a shame

The whole stretch of Medan Kampung Relau parking lots blocked off. Motorists are forced to park haphazardly or dbl park to avoid the obstacles.. its terrible

Frustrated with the capability to settle residents issues, what are their KPI? Increasing assessment with low KPI!!!!! cannot settle the residents issues & problems. What are licensing and Majlis doing!!!!?😡 No strict actions taken and close monitoring against the business owner(s) & management of the building beside the residential area after each complaints submitted. The noise problems & issues keep repeating for years……
