Mmg sangat tak puas hati, dokumen S&p tak pernah bagi..... dah 4 tahun lebih beli rumah....apa2 dokumen tak pernah bagi...bila kita minta ambil masa yang lama.....sampai ke sudah takde maklum balas....

Highly recommend Hoh Hee Lee to anyone who in need of legal assistance. Recently, we have done MOT transfer procedure and it was super convenience to understand the legal term with guidance of Ms Rachel Tan. Her willingness to explain the legal jargon in layman’s term,made me feel more to ease. She is so talented and informative in legal assistance.

Had a good experience here with Ms Rachel with the MOT process. Seamless and though it does take some time, Ms Rachel is very responsive and professional. She was quick to address issues with the paperwork and have it corrected. Only downside is the parking which is extremely cumbersome.

The worst I've dealt with. Approached them to do MOT because is the panel from the developer on 27 Feb 2023. We have given them all the documents requested on the very next day. On 7 March only they sent quotation. We decided to use their service and paid advance on 16 March. We thought they need time to work so we didn't check in and they just kept quiet. We followed up again on 22 June 2023 and they say documents are still not ready. Had schedule to sign a month later. Then on 4 October 2023 informed that bank has returned documents and asked us to pay full balance. We paid in full on 10 October 2023. After that all whatsapp follow up messages were ignored. Too furious, we called them on 12 December 2023, and they say that they haven't even submit for adjudication because is year end and land office is busy and they will only submit in January 2024. Why would u ask for full balance if you are going to wait another three months to submit? Why would an MOT need almost 1year to complete? This is absurd and so incompetent.

Is limited parking bay surrounded may think to take the public transport. Distance walk to MRT station and bus station. Is better make appointment few day before. Is good service and they keep follow up the case / documents.
