I wouldn’t even bother giving any stars if it’s possible, Shi Ying from Manjit Singh is horrible, stamp duty letter was delivered to them on 6 June and she furnished to us on 2 July and reminded the payment will be due in the same week. This is unacceptable manner from a professional parties, worst is she don’t even pay a respect in informing us than we have to beg for a response. What if I don’t follow up and the payment is due, are you the one to pay for the penalty? think about it.

this is not the worst, what came later is we have mentioned to her earlier that we are a first home buyer and there should have a possibility to waive off the stamping fees but she don’t even keep this in mind or record somewhere, and this delay few weeks which it can be done by June upon receipt of the letter from LHDN.

Fine, at least it has been submitted. 1 months later we asked for updates, no response until we dropped 2nd text after a few days, her response really blown me off: “I no longer handle your case, I switched department, please call XXX regarding your case”, come on lah you have the responsibility to get the new PIC to contact us NOT we have to contact them, you are just making yourself dump and so unprofessional in handling clients, I don’t believe this behaviour was from a professional. Please brush up your project management skills if you don’t even know how to manage your clients. Thanks

I bought the house in 2019 and have not received S&P until today.
1. Sales and Purchase Agreement
2. UOB's loan documents 11/03/22 are to be mailed to yesterday 22/3/22 and contact Ms. Lai, the person in charge, she said that they will be mailed yesterday, but I still haven't received it today. The house is 75% ready and S&P still doesn't give it to me. What is the reason please? What app also no reply? Ms.Lai r u Ok.

No updates received after hearing of trial in court, client need to email you for updates? Even the email is ignored. Your poor communication with clients will not gain your clients trust. When change solicitor in charge in the midst of case also never inform your client. Calls not returned.

The receptionist or whoever answering calls are so unpolite, no manners and I am passing lines around just to ask for an update on my case. After finally talked to the person in charge who suppose to call me back but did not happen after 2 days, they took another 2 days to look for my case. Again I have to call again to follow up instead of they call me as promise. TERRIBLE !!!

Bad experience here and very very very slow service. Not responsive. Forced to deal with this firm for house purchase.
